It'a fairly straight forward, I make a hell of a lot of garage recordings nowadays, and I've made this little online centre for you to listen to them. They're all free (as they're not great quality and I'm very new to home recording) but there still worth a listen. Most of them are demo's for my band, acoustic songs and I'm going to be putting up recordings from my bands which weren't recorded by myself, but studios that we went to. I do my recordings with a LANE LM-580 microphone and computer editing software nowadays, although the first 3 acoustic albums I recorded (The Eyeball, Creep & War Walrus EP's) were all recorded even more primitively because that's all I had. I use my electric drum kit (Anvil Head EP) for the drums and go straight from the line-out (yeah, the drums are mono but it doesn't bother me too much) and I normally mic up my guitar amp to record that. Each track averages about 2 or 3 guitar tracks. The songs I record are normally ones I havn't used for band sounds yet, although songs like Waited For Years (The Eyeball EP) have been brought to bands (click here for my band 'Terminus's version of it).
